DEGUMA care reduces unexpected downtimes. The packages include the careful and thorough inspection of the technical condition and, if necessary, replacement of wear parts. A final assessment based on the maintenance services offers you a transparent overview of the technical condition of your machine and, if necessary, also includes suggestions for further preventive measures or necessary retrofitting.

FAQ
The packages are suitable for all DEGUMA neo machines. We also offer maintenance and repairs for machines for processing rubber and plastics from other manufacturers, subject to machine review.
Costs are calculated individually and are subject to the number of your machines and time and effort for each machine.
Typical maintenance works are:
- Wear measurement
- Gasket exchange
- Checking and correcting oil levels in gear boxes and drive wheels
- Checking lubrication tubes for obstructions
- Hydraulic: testing tightness, renewing or retrofitting valves, renewing hydraulic lines, oil maintenance or oil change
- Function testing of safety devices
