More maintenance-friendly and sustainable with DEGUMA neo 2.0
With the second generation of our neo mixing mills, not only are the drive wheel and expensive wear parts obsolete. The individual components are also easier to access for maintenance or repairs. As a result, the maintenance effort is reduced to a minimum.
Moving away from the traditional mixing mill structure: The gearbox of the DEGUMA neo series 2.0 is no longer housed in the side frame. Instead, the more efficient drive is located on the outside of the roll neck. This eliminates the need for the large drive wheel, which is an expensive wearing part when required. Although the mill is minimally wider, the individual components are extremely easy to access for maintenance purposes. In addition, the machine runs even more quietly and there are fewer vibrations. When updating the new machines, the highest quality of components in accordance with Made-in-Germany standards is still the norm. Cooperation with regional suppliers also aims to keep delivery times as short as possible and ensure sustainable supply chains. At DEGUMA we already work ahead of the supply chain law and select suppliers according to the principles of our code of conduct. In this way, we do not only meet our demand for quality. We also want to guarantee our customers that suppliers along the supply chain are aware of their responsibility towards the environment, people and the future.
