Current solutions
Dear customers,
In light of the current situation, the DEGUMA forum on May 12 and 13, 2020 will not be able to take place as planned. We are currently working on developing a virtual replacement for you and will inform you about it as soon as possible. The actual DEGUMA forum will be rescheduled to a later date.
For all of us, the current situation is exceptional and not easy. We have therefore considered how to manage this time together and developed various solutions to offer our support with our machines and our services in the time to come.
Virtual machine tours
If you are interested in a machine and would like to take a closer look, but a personal visit is not possible, we would be happy to arrange a video call to take you through our workshop and show you all the details. We can also jointly conduct a trial run with your material.
Safety retrofitting and maintenance
Is your production not currently operating to capacity? Use this time to carry out necessary maintenance tasks or urgent safety retrofits (Machine safety). If you are not able to welcome a service technician to your facilities at this time, you can also send your machine(s) to us and we will perform the services in our workshop.
Renting machines
Do you need a new machine for processing rubber, plastics or silicone but do not want to make any investments right now? Has your production temporarily increased because you manufacture urgently needed products? We rent out various machines from our stock so that you can compensate for capacity bottlenecks and temporarily replace non-functional machines. A hire purchase is also a possible alternative that we can discuss.
Visits and services tasks
We continue to offer all of our other services. In doing so, we, of course, strictly adhere to current hygiene and safety regulations. If you would like to visit us or receive our employees, we are happy to coordinate this with you and find a suitable solution.
