1.000 € for Point Alpha
Authorized officer Viktoria Schütz handed over the donation amount of 1.000 € to the president of the Development Association Raymond Walk at the House on the Border. He received the check visibly pleased: „We can really use this money, as we would like to equipe the watchtower in Wiesenfeld true to original with historic items“ says Walk.
At the celebration of their 25th anniversary DEGUMA sold helicopter flights and now donates these earnings to Point Alpha.
„Our company is engagend for the memorial Point Alpha and against the oblivion of the rule of injustice of the German Democratic Republic since the inauguration of our site in Geisa (former GDR) 20 years ago.“ says Schütz. Furthermore, DEGUMA’s CFO Barbara Schütz is a member of the Point Alpha Development Association and, since 2010 member of the supervisory board of the Point Alpha Academy.
